Overall it was okay but all I wanted for my daughter with a very slow growing hair was a fringe cut. I wasn’t worried as it was such a small thing but... even after saying just to eyebrows it’s half way up her head almost like a micro fringe! Still feel a bit sad about it. It was not Ramune but another staff member. Show more

Ramune is just wonderful! She has been cutting my daughter’s hair for a while and it always looks neat as a pin. Even when we just pop in for a fringe... trim, she takes real care. Shes also lovely with my daughter and makes her feel comfortable and ease. Show more

Our child had long, thick, beautiful hair and we asked for a trim. It was cut extremely short, not a trim at all. I could even see his scalp on the si...des it was so short. When I mentioned it was looking too short as soon as I noticed the hairdresser said something like she had to to tidy it up. I wonder if the hairdressers are not very skilled, surely if someone asks for a trim that is possible without making it so short? I did say it was too short as I paid. It didn’t want to seem to negative because I didn’t want to upset my child. I have emailed about this but no one has responded Show more

always booked the same lady to cut my sons hair as we've always been super happy. Today i wasn't happy with the customer service as i felt like there ...was an attitude from the moment my child was in the chair and my son's haircut is horrendous. it's a shame as we always get my sons haircuts here however I won't be returning. Update** Your response is ridiculous, my child was no different to the other visits. He is 2 and wanted to put his hands on his head, so i held his hands/distracted him with toys. My child did not hit anyone. Check your cameras before responding to reviews! This is disgraceful! Show more

Dear Kirsty, we are sorry to hear that the appointment didn't meet up to your standards. Unfortunately, your child seemed very agitated and was hitting staff member. We have a policy here of we do not allow our staff to be hit during the haircut as the child is also at risk of being hurt with the scissors. So we ask parents to hold, otherwise we cannot proceed with the haircut. We done the best we could do to the circumstances and time left with the appointment.

We took our 11 month old for his 1st haircut and the ladies were so lovely and welcoming and great with him. Ramune was lovely and His haircut was gre...at and our little one loved sitting in the car and playing with a toy. The lovely photo, certificate and lock of hair is so lovely and such a nice keepsake. Ramune also kindly sent me the other photos too. They also have our bubba a balloon and our older son a lollipop. Definitely the best place to go for 1st haircut. Highly recommend. Show more
