Unfortunately after coming to Bertie and Belle for the last 2 years this was the worse haircut my daughter has received. I explained I wanted a little... off the length and tidied up as she is due to be a flower girl for a wedding in 2 weeks time. I believe the girl that started cutting her hair was a trainee. I understand that people need to learn but we were never advised of this or given the option. Given than it was for and important event I would have chosen I different hairdresser if I had known. I had to tell her to stop cutting as her hair was getting shorter and shorter at which point a second lady stepped in to try and tidy it up. She now been left with an uneven short cut for the wedding. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. This will unfortunately be the last time we go here. Show more

Couldn't recommend highly enough, they do both ny sons hairs ( 2 and 3) and they birh hate haircuts, but the staff hwre are amazing with both of them,... the handle the screaming, crying and thrashing around amazingly! Will always be coming here for as long as they're open! Show more
