I booked the first haircut package for my son had his first haircut. I was nervous as he hadn’t had a haircut before and I wasn’t sure how it would be..., I had no need to worry, We were greeted warmly and my son was teared with patience and waited untill he woke up. He sat in the car with straps and was entertained by the cartoons, nursery rhymes and was given some toys to hold which also really helped. He managed to sit still for the full half hour! His hair was birthed and cut really gently and slowly, there was no rush and he also allowed the hairdresser to to trim the ends and back with the trimmer. His hair was cut very neat,y and he looks so smart. He was given a ballon at the end for a photo for the certificate. I also had a lock of his hair. Overall it was a fun and unforgettable experience, just how I wanted his first haircut to be! The cars and screen S make it fun for little ones and provide a welcome distraction, especially if they are a little nervous.

We've always had wonderful experiences at Bertie and Belle and have been loyal customers for a long time. Unfortunately, on our last few visits, we've... encountered consistently unfriendly service from an older lady now working there. She rarely looks up to acknowledge or greet customers, often ignores people waiting to be helped, and maintains a very cold and unwelcoming demeanor throughout the interaction. It's disappointing because the rest of the team and the venue itself remain lovely.
