Update: threatened to report me to Booksy for leaving this review of my experiences. Will not be returning Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. ...I had a serious nail injury where half my real nail was almost completely ripped off past the quick, and her very blunt response was ‘oh dear, well these things happen.’ This was caused by an accidental injury, not by her work, but I was left feeling in pain and felt completely brushed off. She also cancelled my appointment last minute. I expected better care and communication, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Her services had been good for months before this happened, but this experience has made me reconsider to be honest Show more

Hi Carley. I’m sorry you feel that way. After speaking to you for several days about the nail, you then cancelled your appointment and wrote this review , after I let you know I was in pain from a tooth abscess and was unable to reply further. Unfortunately accidents happen and people sometimes break a nail. I am not a medical professional and therefore shouldn’t be someone to fix or advise on a ‘serious injury’. I hope your nail feels better.
