I had an appointment for 1:00 and I arrived there at 12:40. I went in and he I looked and the place was stinking he had a dog that had dog hair everyw...here and made me come back at 1. When I arrived at one he had another customer that did not book an appointment when I got that slot he made me wait 20 minutes and I left. Show more

You already had a appointment booked for 10 that morning then cancelled 5 mins before it, then arrived for 12.30 not 12.40 as you had said. I told you to come back at 1 when your appointment was due and yes I put someone in before you as you wasted my time in the morning as I opened at 10.Also you obviously are not a dog lover which is fine but I find all your other comments offensive and I’m glad you won’t be back as obviously you are the type of guy to moan about everything and I can’t be bothered with that.
