My sincere apologies for this, sometimes staff don't realise, I had just popped out to the bank, I saw your husband as I came back in and wounder what had happened... I is definitely not something that happens all the time, I usually cut your boys hair and never had a problem... all I can do is apologies from this unfortunate misunderstanding.
