Disappointed. My husband brought my son this morning for his booked appointment at 11am. He ended up leaving at 20 past 11 as walk ins were being seen... before booked appointments and my 2 year old was becoming bored and disruptive. We have been coming to you for several years and this is not the first time walk ins have been prioritised. We shall be looking for an alternative barbers Show more

My sincere apologies for this, sometimes staff don't realise, I had just popped out to the bank, I saw your husband as I came back in and wounder what had happened... I is definitely not something that happens all the time, I usually cut your boys hair and never had a problem... all I can do is apologies from this unfortunate misunderstanding.
