I’ve been a regular customer at this barber shop for over a year, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. The quality of service has droppe...d significantly, and for the price they charge, it’s simply not worth it. The barber rushed through my haircut in just 5–10 min then immediately applied wax and hair spray without even asking if it’s ok to do so.To make matters worse, the hair spray was applied so carelessly that it got all over my jacket, damaging it. I ended up paying £31.50 for a 20-minute appointment instead of the usual 40 minutes, and in return I left with a damaged jacket and irritation on my scalp Show more

The Barber House provided a welcoming environment, and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted upon arrival and have my coat taken. I was offered a d...rink, which I gladly accepted. I received a traditional Tom Ford cut throat shave from Dale, the master barber, who was attentive and explained each step of the process. I appreciated his adjustments to accommodate my sensitive skin. However, upon reviewing the shave at home, I noticed several small cuts from the blade. I had intended to try this shave before my wedding in May, but due to the cuts, I will not be opting for another cut throat shave. The cost of £58 was higher than other barbershops, which I was aware of when booking, and I expected a better outcome without any cuts. I am uncertain whether the issue stemmed from the speed of the shave or the newness of the blade. Show more
