The Barber House provided a welcoming environment, and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted upon arrival and have my coat taken. I was offered a d...rink, which I gladly accepted. I received a traditional Tom Ford cut throat shave from Dale, the master barber, who was attentive and explained each step of the process. I appreciated his adjustments to accommodate my sensitive skin. However, upon reviewing the shave at home, I noticed several small cuts from the blade. I had intended to try this shave before my wedding in May, but due to the cuts, I will not be opting for another cut throat shave. The cost of £58 was higher than other barbershops, which I was aware of when booking, and I expected a better outcome without any cuts. I am uncertain whether the issue stemmed from the speed of the shave or the newness of the blade. Show more

I've been going to this establishment for haircuts for many years now and have never looked back. Service is always professional, smooth, and to an ex...ceptional standard. The staff are nothing but accomodating, friendly and committed to delivering the best service they can, every time. The atmosphere is always relaxed and comfortable, and I have never left the building feeling dissatisfied in any way. No other barbershop I've ever visited has come even remotely close to the level of quality and professionalism that is on display every time I visit.
