I left feeling quite unhappy. Full disclosure - I was 10 minutes late to the appointment after a terrible day and getting stuck at work. When I arriv...ed, Liam was already leaving the salon without trying to get in touch. I obviously apologised profusely but I was made to feel really bad about it and quite embarrassed in front of others in the salon. The hair cut only took 15 minutes (after the booking said 45 minutes) and my hair was sopping wet when I left. Every other salon I have been to will rough dry a wet cut so you can actually see what it looks like. I do understand that I was late, but getting your hair cut should be a treat, and for £49, a premium price for a wet cut, a little bit of care should be taken. It was a pretty average hair cut/sort of what I had asked for, but not great - I just felt too embarrassed to say. Show more
