I’ve been twice now and the quality of haircuts from Bailey and James has been fantastic but the customer service from the manager, Paul, has been sho...cking. I’ve booked in with him twice for him to just not turn up, once with 2 hours notice and once with no notice at all. I got no explanation as to why on either occasion. The lads who did cut my hair then found time for me but it meant I was delayed by over 40 minutes in both instances. Again, cannot fault the quality of the haircut and Bailey and James were both good lads who I have a lot of time for, but the management and customer service was shambolic from Paul. Show more

Hiya mate, I do apologise unfortunately I have mentioned in the past on social media etc that I no longer take on new clients, hence the reasoning for moving your appointment over twice. For future appointments if you are able to please book through one of the other guys and they will be happy to help. I do apologise.
