Arrived early (10.10) and wasn’t acknowledged or asked if I was booked in. Booked in for 10.20, it got to 10.40 and Bailey, who I was booked in with..., hadn’t acknowledged me and was still cutting (what appeared to be) his mates hair. I got up and walked out. 20 minute wait and poor service isn’t what you expect from a ‘higher end’ barbers. Show more
