When I entered the shop there were no members of staff present, the floor was disgusting and covered in vast amounts of hair yhat had been brushed up ...into different piles across the floor but not lifted, there was a smell of stale hair, it was very unpleasant. After three minutes two staff members came out from the back amd attended to me and another customer waiting. The guy who cut my hair was pleasant. The work areas wete disgusting, they obviously hadn't been cleaned in at least a month, there wrte chips and scuffs around the counters and it looked tired, grubby, dirty and grotty. At £21, I will not be returning and will be sure to pass on negative reviews to all people I meet because it is the most disgusting and unhygienic barbers I have ever been in, on my entire life.
