Hey, Sorry for the "no dramas", however, the review frustrated me. I then realised that was unkind, and you were obviously upset. There is nothing worse than a 1 star review when you care so much about what you're doing, and I know the haircut was not completed without care. I overheard the whole consultation with Emma and heard her trying to understand what you wanted, and I have to say you would have received the same end result from me. It is what you agreed to. Usually, when someone is unhappy, I do my best to rectify it, however, Emma was confirming your vision repeatedly with you throughout the appointment. I'm sorry your experience was not what you wanted, and I hope you find a barber that understands your needs in the future.
