Hi Alex sorry to hear that you are not satisfied for your service we offer wash for all clients which is included in the service maybe staff forgot to ask you but even if staff is not offered to wash you could ask for a wash after your haircut you got short back and sides haircut and I checked the camera it was 15 mins yes you are right staff should take another 5 minutes for cut and 10 mins for wash&blow dry and styling. I will take that issue and will discuss with the staff.about the price wise our price was £20 pound since pandemic from 2020 and we haven't increased the price since then till 1 st may of 2024 in 4 years time we just increased %10 percent as you know recently every cost was up and up and up and we still didn't touch the prices till now and I think that's less than a fear increase we did recently and we have informed to all our customers by email and text messages through the booksy. And at the moment we are trying to sort out the card machine issues with the company has recently been charged more than what we expected and we are trying to sort this issue we don't insisting to customer for the cash you can make a bank transfer also to the our business account that staff maybe didn't know about that as he covering someones shift for a few days Well I'm really so sorry to hear this but don't worry we can always fix the issues when you come in next time we can offer you %50 off for your next visit please show this review to a staff to get your discount 👍

Went to get my highlights touched up as my normal hairdressers was closed and the ima...ge below shows what i had left with, even went back for them to try fix it. Quite possibly worst haircut I’ve had to be honest. Asked for a low fade and he took it right up to nearly top of head. Asked for a small amount of th...e top and cut fat too short without much care, big chunks taken out with scissors. Washed my hair after he cut but wasn’t done with any care, head over sink and just splashed it onto my hair getting water all over me. Hate to leave a bad review but I won’t be back and need to let others know of my experience Show more
