Would have been a five star rating if not for service today - booked in for a eye brow threading (service listed on app), waited 15 minutes beyond app...ointment time - when saying I’d booked an eyebrow thread - puzzled look from staff with an offer to wax as they “don’t know threading”. No idea if the usual staff are away, but pretty poor service today. Shame as previous visits and results were good. Show more
