I believe you appointment was confirmed by Booksy not the company. When booking your appointment online/ app, when you book in for services you get a option of clinic- academy - hairdressers. You booked a curly blow in the column of clinic rooms. The clinic & academy section was open, when you arrived to attend your appointment and unfortunately the salon was closed, I believe you spoke personally to the staff in the academy who also explained the same as the above. FOR ANYONE WHO READS THIS REVEIW AND BOOKS IN VIA APP OR ONLINE PLEASE BE VIGILANT WHEN SELECTING WHAT SECTION YOU WISH TO ATTEND ( ACADEMY-CLINIC-SALON).
