I booked in with Jamie Leigh for a sports massage as I had chronic shoulder and arm pain and could barely move my arm. I was a bit apprehensive as I h...ave never had a massage before. Jamie Leigh immediately made me feel so at ease and very comfortable. This was my first ever sports massage, i had a back/neck/shoulders massage with Pearse. I've had a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder for a few months ...which has caused me a lot of discomfort and pain at times. As soon as Pearse commenced the massage, he was immediately able to pinpoint the exact spot where I've felt the most discomfort and was able to work out a lot of the tension. I've only given 4 starts as the environment could have been more comfortable, the room was bright and not overly warm, maybe because it's a sports massage environment as opposed to a spa massage environment which I'm used to, however, i could not fault the actual massage, it provided me with a lot of relief and Pearse was very knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease.
