Had an allergic reaction because of the glue, I think she used a cheap glue or something as it was the second time going to her! when I contacted Tina..., she aired me for days until my friend reached out to her. I nearly went blind. (I don’t think you know how serious this is) My eyes were blurry, red, and swollen & rash’s all over the eyes. Oh yeah she didn’t even require a patch test first time & I’m pretty sure patch tests take 10 mins. Make sure you require a patch test for people. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Show more

Thankyou for your review, im sorry you felt the need to leave this here. for context. You had an allergic reaction which is completely out of anyone's control you've had lashes done here before using the same products and had no issues unfortunately this can happen, you were asked to come in for a removal which you refused to do and didn't seek any medical attention instead insisting on a refund. In relation to the comment about the customer service you tried to contact the salon when it was closed you were contacted first thing in the morning the day we opened, we have catered you're services previously when you were 45 minutes late for an appointment I personally drove 40 minutes on my day off the following day to carry out your treatment for your holiday and didn't charge the normal no show fee for the previous day we've also carried out treatments and let you pay when you got paid. When I tried to reach out to help resolve the issue respectfully I was given demands and abuse which I will not tolerate and you point blank refused to let me help with the situation which is frustrating on both parts. Again I can only apologise that lashes are not a suitable service for you, and hope you find an alternative to lash extensions in the future.
