Disappointed with not being seen by the person I have booked an appointment with. The lady is lovely and amazing with my nails. However the guy it di...d my nails was rude and not interested in what I wanted including shape of my nails. He was dropping and rushing things. His gloves were ripped apart which was off putting not hygienic and professional in any way. I am unhappy with the round shape he did even I’ve asked for almond. Really dissatisfied on this occasion.
