Let me start by saying, one star is generous. Absolutely appalling experience and I will not ever be returning or recommending to anyone. I made a ver...y simple request which was IGNORED. I went in with a picture, SHOWED the barber and even SAID keep it long at the back. What does he do? SHAVES IT ALL OFF. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! I can’t stress this enough, my request was simple and straightforward but was ignored and overruled. The haircut itself was not bad, but it’s the fact it isn’t what I asked for that bothers be so much. Everyone was so nice so imagine my surprise when I’m shown my hair and my instructions have been IGNORED. I’m beyond upset and angry. I chose to come here based on the overwhelming positive reviews and instead I’m leaving my own scathing review. Show more
