the Thai woman is very rude and when I asked her to do it in the way I like it better, she was rude because it was past her schedule, but I didn't ask... her to pass it. she could have refused to do the job and I would have booked another appointment just to have a more patient service! she said all nails were standard and she did it and in a very rude tone! would not go back! apart from that infill cannot be done if the previous nail has not been done there! Answer to her answer : My nails was done in central London, same technique u use and was not break! not even one was break! and if too late to you why u accept make it ? If will going to be rude? Hi, many thanks for your email! You should be write correct what’s happened! You came late 30 minutes your appointment without the notification, we took another client in, and tried to do for you . We cannot refill because you have been done in your country, your nails are damaged the shape, and broken. We closed at 6:00 but we finished for you 7:40pm. Our shape and standing are better then your nails which have been removed. Replied your comment: we do because you booked, your little finger on rightwa hands broken, do you need I upload the photos which have been taken before we removed! You said you have been done in London but you said you just came to England for visit. Anyway, we tried our best , thank you!

The nails themselves are amazing, and all the brands are trusted brands- the guy who did my nails was gentle enough and did a great job. A dropped sta...r because i rushed to be in time for a prebooked appt and they had me waiting almost 20 mins before being seen. Which if i was a walk in i would understand. But i had booked in advance- so my advice would be maybe that the salon needs to prioritise pre-booked appointments. Show more

I am sorry for your waiting but to consider from waiting, we started on time for you but because your friend who came with you but she didn’t book appointment, we tried to done for both of you while another customers still waiting also. Moreover, in my salon, we work on the assembly line or we cannot control how long will be it take for nail arts, so sometimes our customers will wait longer time for finishing. Had my nails done twice in here now and both times have been perfect. I’ve always got exactly what I ask for and the service from Anh and the team is ...lovely and friendly. Great service! They were very fast and efficient, but also took a lot of care and attention to detail regarding the shape. This is them after around 9... days and there's no chips or sign of lifting yet, which is great as my previous salon they started lifting after 5 days!! Looking forward to making my next appointment.
