I would like to clarify your feedback because the information you provided is not accurate. Everything in the shop is recorded on CCTV. First, when you entered the shop, you did not inform me that you had an appointment until I had finished with the customer before you. When I told you that my husband would start working on you right away while I completed the design, you refused and said that you only wanted to wait for my staff member, who was stuck in traffic on the motorway. Since you didn’t want my husband to do it, he had to serve another customer instead. Another customer even told you, “He is the owner and does a great job,” but you ignored the comment. Looking back, I also remember that the last time you were here, you made things difficult for my husband as well.
