I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop, I would highly recommend no one goes there! My appointment was booked for 10:30am, yet I w...asn't called to the chair until 11:15am. I understand that delays can happen, but if appointments are running that far behind, what's the point of having a booking system? A quick apology or update would have gone a long way. What made it even more frustrating was that on a previous visit, I arrived 15 minutes late and was charged extra because of it. I pointed out the inconsistency and asked why customers are expected to pay for being late, yet there's no accountability when the barber is 45 minutes behind schedule. The barber simply responded that the person who cut my hair previously was someone else and that he personally would never charge a late fee. While that may be true, it doesn't change the fact that my appointment started 45 minutes late with no compensation or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The haircut itself only added to my disappointment. I booked a shape-up, but it lasted no more than two minutes and was easily the quickest and poorest shape-up I've ever received. It felt rushed and lacked the care and attention you'd expect from a professional service. To make matters worse, I was then charged the full £15. The barber claimed that the service was actually supposed to cost £18 because it should have been booked as a "shape-up and beard," and said he was giving me a discount by charging £15 instead. However, when I asked to see the price list displayed in the shop, there wasn't even a "shape-up and beard"option listed for £18. The only listed price for the service was £15, which was exactly what I'd booked. So the so-called "discount" wasn't a discount at all. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish: a 45-minute delay, an unsatisfactory and rushed haircut, and confusing pricing that didn't match the advertised price list. I left feeling that my time wasn't respected and that the quality of service didn't justify the price charged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning!

Absolutely terrible service today from Cest. Please work on arriving to appointments on time, especially when you have clients booked. Respecting cust...omers’ time is a basic expectation, and today’s experience was very disappointing.
