My daughter had her two lobes pierced by Steph the other week. It was her first experience. The customer service was great and Steph who did the pro...cedure, explained exactly what was going to happen and what to expect brilliantly. She also went over the health care clearly so that my daughter understood how to keep her piercings clean at home etc. Steph talked to my daughter as she was piercing her ears and my daughter did not even flinch. Charlie and Bex were absolutely fabulous in helping me choo...se the style piercings i wanted - honestly couldn't have made my mind up without them! They really made the choice easier and took my personal style into consideration. I never felt rushed through the process and they were lovely to chat to. Bex is an incredible piercer and thoroughly talked me through the healing process and was fantastic at calming my nerves.
