As usual the boys (2 Lhasa Apso) were looked after over the hours they were at Toni’s, and made beautifully clean and neat, they even have their eyela...shes still and that can’t be easy. As long as they are happy and clean when I get them back, I’m very happy. I also appreciate the energy with which I was greeted and that what I said about the dog’s health issues were taken on board and reported on when I picked them up. It’s nice to know that the groomers actually know my dogs. The dogs also smell lovely, not too strong at all, and my sinus/migraines appreciate that too. Thank you 😊 Show more

We visited Toni’s for the first time with our saluki, Prince, and had such a lovely experience. Leona was amazing — she really took the time to unders...tand Prince, listened to our preferences, and put us all completely at ease. It was clear she genuinely cares about her work and prioritises the wellbeing of the dogs rather than just rushing to get the job done. Prince can be a little nervous, but Leona was so patient and gentle with him, working at his pace to make sure he felt comfortable throughout. I’d travel London > Glasgow every time for Toni’s pet spa. Dealing with a difficult coat, and a nervy dog has resulted in some groomers finding Nero ...difficult, but Toni’s were so kind, warm, friendly and understanding and Nero came out happy, clean, well groomed and most of all, calm.
