Hello, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused. The power outage on Bold Street was completely out of our control and impacted our whole day of bookings. We were originally advised that the issue would be resolved, which is why appointments were still able to be made — but we were only informed later, outside business hours, that the work wouldn’t be completed in time. As soon as we knew, we reached out early the next morning to avoid causing anyone unnecessary travel or waiting around, including yourself. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your appointment cancelled twice, and it’s definitely not the standard of service we aim to deliver, especially with the reputation we’ve worked hard to build. If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly and make this right.
