From the moment I stepped into the beautiful salon, I felt welcomed and at ease by the entire staff. Alex conducted a thorough consultation, asking in...sightful questions to understand my desired look. She provided helpful recommendations when needed. Throughout the makeup application, it felt like chatting with a friend. Alex was gentle and provided clear instructions on how to move my face and eyes for the application. The friendly and warm environment, with other staff members joining in the conversation, added to the overall experience. Despite not being able to see myself in the mirror, I could sense the attention to detail in the makeup application, and Alex’s timing was impeccable. When she revealed the final look, I was amazed by her talent in creating the detailed makeup I had requested. I felt incredibly pretty and confident, thanks to her expertise. The compliments I received that day were endless, and the makeup felt so natural that I hardly noticed it was there. Alex also provided valuable insights on makeup oxidation and offered recommendations for my everyday look. Throughout the appointment, she helped me forget about the stresses of organizing an event on the same day. I am incredibly grateful to Alex and will only trust her for my future makeup needs.
