My hair was short and broken from previous styling (from other places) and I was really worried braids wouldn’t be possible. Dee was fantastic. My hai...r was no challenge to her, she was also so gentle with my hair always making sure I was comfortable. My braids look incredible and I’m so happy and she has reinstated the confidence a good head of braids gives. Personally, I found her prices really good for the time and work involved. Update This salon has NO REDUND POLICY ** Booksy have now been contacted directly Please see attached photo for proof of unprofessional attitude. M...y experience was both distressing and unacceptable. Upon arrival, the salon had no running water and no electricity. I had to wash my hands using water from a jug, and when their generator failed, I was forced to use my own power bank so the stylist could complete the service. These conditions are unsanitary and unsafe for any business offering personal services. In addition, I was charged £340 for services and hair that was sold as human hair, which I later discovered was synthetic. This misrepresentation has caused further inconvenience and cost, as I had to replace the hair at my own expense. After the appointment, I posted a truthful and respectful review on Google to share my experience. In response, the salon owner slandered me publicly, calling me a “con artist,” “pathological liar,” and alleging I had “serious MH issues.” This public response was not only deeply offensive, but also constitutes harassment and defamation. I have attached screenshots as evidence of the abusive language used. Show more

She need to go to proper channels to get a refund she can't!! because she knows she is not entitled by law(its a service not ice-cream,there are rules about services provision. She is now spreading lies. Our record speak for itself . Judge for yourself. Be ware!!! Such a taxing client,absolutely not worth !!
