The therapist Mia Karmazyn was attentive, knowledgeable, and ma...de me feel so relaxed and at ease throughout the entire treatment. The facial itself was absolutely divine, with a perfect blend of gentle exfoliation, nourishing masks, and expertly applied pressure points. My skin is looking and feeling the best it has in ages - soft, smooth, and radiant! I was impressed with the whole treatment and how it tailored to my individual skin concerns. Disappointing to say the least, was really looking forward to this as I had been wanting a treatment done here for a while and was planning on continu...ing the treatments. Was asked on the day to rearrange (due to child care issues) for the following day, which is fine but I could not due to work commitments, was then left confused as to if my appointment was going ahead. Went to the salon, began my treatment without any questions being asked about my skin (I have very sensitive and reactive skin) didn’t ask which treatment I wanted. Treatment lasted 30 mins, on here it states 1hr. Asked for a partial refund as I felt for the price it was lacking, was advised I would get a partial refund and to send my details, which I did, never received this. Won’t be returning and left really disheartened. Show more
