The facial itself was really good however the girl I booked with scratched up my neck really bad.. leaving me very sore.. I was just told it would go ...down and only a fiver knocked off considering I now have a lot of scratches up my neck that sting a fair bit when anything touches them. Mia also told me what she was going to do for my skin however forgot to mention the additional costs for the Meso. The facial itself was good but that’s about it. Show more

We’d like to clarify a few points to help others better understand the treatment and pricing. You received a bespoke facial that included a deep cleanse, steam, extractions, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and Nappage mesotherapy – a combination that’s usually priced at £85. Mia applied a £20 discount, bringing the total to £65, as a gesture of goodwill after you mentioned sensitivity from the microdermabrasion. As explained, microdermabrasion can sometimes cause temporary redness or minor abrasions, especially on more delicate areas of the skin. This is completely normal and typically settles within 24–48 hours. In terms of pricing transparency, mesotherapy starts from £75 alone, and our bespoke facials start from £50+, with the final cost depending on the treatments included. Mia discussed the treatment plan with you beforehand, and any adjustments made were done to offer you a tailored approach and better value. We always strive to deliver safe, high-quality treatments with full transparency, and we're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations.
