Great communication prior to the treatment. Health form sent in advance and allergy discussed. Lovely friendly welcome by Nikki when i arrived. The ...room was beautiful, smelled so nice. Nikki talked me through what to expect from the treatment. It was fantastic, so relaxing and comfortable, could have fallen asleep.
