You arrived 20 mins late for your appointment. i did contact you and advise you i had an appointment i had to leave for at 1pm and offered to rearrange your appointment due to you running late. When you arrived, I applied the numbing cream & you proceeded to wipe it off. I then put the needle in and asked if you were sure you could handle the pain as i wouldn't have enough time to re-apply more numbing & said we can reschedule again if it was too painful . you assured me that you was fine until you suddenly sat up and said you were going to faint , but then said you were joking? I said come back tomorrow and i will book off a big gap to take my time so you wasn't in pain . You then walked out whilst i was talking to you. I offered to dissolve your lip even though i put in a tiny amount that wasnt even noticeable. I tried to rectify the situation but you walked out mid discussion.
