Didn’t get them but had them done before by her when back to her to get them sorted after getting them from bombshell aesthetics and she done my lips ...uneven,Abi was so professional that she didn’t want to touch my lips until they were in a good condition to do so which I really appreciated as it showed that she really cared for her clients Satisfaction Show more

Omg had to be somewhere else so didn't complete lips, I didn't walk out that would be stupid too ,you needed to fix your car 1st n reminded me of tha...t nearly ten minutes before end time .min 40 mins . Regards to the cream it was running of my lips twice n never fully numbed .But I still would of loved to complete the treatment,I will have to have that minute bit dissolved, I turned up nearly ten minutes late but rang 5minutes before to tell you traffic is hard ATM it's brighton.you were fine n did say you had to be somewhere.i know have to pay out more to dissolve what happened due to your car repair issue that we stopped as you were running late .you said that out loud in front of a nail client. You didn't even prouduce a fresh needle head ,I walked in it was prepared and uncovered.but not uncovered in front of me,this was my first time with lip fillers. Show more

You arrived 20 mins late for your appointment. i did contact you and advise you i had an appointment i had to leave for at 1pm and offered to rearrange your appointment due to you running late. When you arrived, I applied the numbing cream & you proceeded to wipe it off. I then put the needle in and asked if you were sure you could handle the pain as i wouldn't have enough time to re-apply more numbing & said we can reschedule again if it was too painful . you assured me that you was fine until you suddenly sat up and said you were going to faint , but then said you were joking? I said come back tomorrow and i will book off a big gap to take my time so you wasn't in pain . You then walked out whilst i was talking to you. I offered to dissolve your lip even though i put in a tiny amount that wasnt even noticeable. I tried to rectify the situation but you walked out mid discussion.
