Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Incrediblefade Barber Shop, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Prepayment and Booking All appointments require full payment at the time of booking as a prepayment for the service. This prepayment serves as a non-refundable cancellation fee in case of late cancellations or no-shows. 2. Cancellation Terms Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing their prepayment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will forfeit the full amount of the service as a cancellation fee. 3. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any penalties. The prepayment will be applied to the new appointment. 4. Illness or Emergencies If you are unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at 07444 062034. We will do our best to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment without penalty. 5. No Refunds All prepayments and cancellation fees are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. 6. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the barber, and the full prepayment amount will be charged. Why This Policy?
