I don’t believe this review to be accurate or fair . You have provided no evidence to support your claim of losing all lashes within two days . You have made zero attempts to communicate with me or to let me know you were unhappy with the service before writing your review. I have also reached out since this review was left, to try & resolve any issues you may have & you have failed to respond. As you know it is common practice if you have any problems with a beauty service you should contact the technician, so they can resolve any issues before leaving a unfair review. As stated there are strict aftercare instructions to follow, it seems on this occasion you have not followed your aftercare.
