Attended body clinic for a physiotherapy session with Faye. 14 weeks PP I had a few concerns about my pelvic floor and diastasis recti. I wasn’t sure ...what to expect but I left feeling like I understood so much about my body and mind. Faye opened up by asking how I was, and I felt like it was a completely safe space to share how I was feeling. I was given complete reassurance with the way I was feeling.
