Hi, I have only just seen your review. I wasn’t in work at all that day as I was off with my 5 children. I did not accept the job, Booksy automatically accepts jobs which they shouldn’t as I think I should confirm appointments this has happened a couple of times in the past. And I have raised to Booksy about them accepting jobs. As I show up for every client I think it's abit extreme that you have put a 1 star review to an error Booksy has made. Due my high profiling and constantly fully booked. And my number is also on Booksy I have new clients ring and text me to make sure it’s gone through. But I didn’t even see this until now. I have a lot going on personally to so before leaving a 1 star review I think people should take into consideration about what other people are going through. I would have offered a free wash and blow dry for this as I honestly generally never seen until this second. Regards Alexandra

Couldn’t recommend anyone more than Alex, as I wouldn’t ever dream of letting anyone else touch my hair. This is the first time that I have ever done ...anything to it. The extensions match my virgin hair perfect, constantly get compliments on how natural it looks as it is impossible to tell the difference between my hair and the extensions.
