Hi thanks for your review. I have spoken to the barber, it seems you were 20 mins late for a 30 minute appointment. He he reason we have a no show fee is like 99% of barbers they are self employed. So if you don’t turn up they don’t get paid. As you stated yourself it was because of uni you were that late. Equally being the busiest shop In Newcastle I am sure you can appreciate that we try to accommodate it. Unfortunately on this occasion it was your fault.
