Unreliable - This has been the second time my haircut has been booked, and I've been sent away after travelling 30 minutes into the city. Both times I... have booked for 10:00am (as I find it hard to go in the midday/evening due work and I go to university). First time I've arrived 10 minutes early and the Barbers was not open yet, to then getting a phone call after 10:00am saying that the keyholder does not have his keys. Second time, I booked under Paul, arrived and sat for 15 minutes to have another barber tell me he has not shown up or answering his phone, however the barber was polite and apologised on his behalf. I find this upsetting as the lads always do a well job but having no prior notice to a cancellation for a customer seems unprofessional for the business. Show more
