We would have been more than happy to address any concerns at the time if we’d been made aware. In regard to the lash bed, ours are custom-made specifically for client comfort, and this type of feedback is very uncommon. After reaching out to you directly, you explained that you have an existing back issue , which we completely understand may have contributed to your discomfort. We absolutely would have made adjustments to support you better had we known in advance or during the appointment. When it comes to lash style, we always carry out a consultation beforehand to ensure your preferences are clearly understood. You were booked in with one of our Junior Lash Artists, and while we do our best to match every client’s vision, we always encourage feedback during or after the appointment so that we can make any necessary adjustments.
