I always book Mie as she is great at her job, friendly & happy to help with anything, 5 stars for Mie however, as others have stated, I've had to wait... over half an hour everytime even thou I've booked an appointment. I booked Mie for 9am to avoid this so imagine my surprise when I walk in & out of 5 staff the only one with a customer was Mie! I find the man in charge extremely rude, never an apology, makes me feel like I am the problem! They did move the lady to another member of staff but they shouldn’t have had too in the first place! It's obvious they don't take any notice of their booking requests which explains why I'm always waiting way after my appointment time! Show more

I came in for an infill. I asked for the shape to be changed and for no length to be taken off. My nails are so much shorter than they were before. Th...e French tip on my thumb is wonky. I also feel that the person doing my nails was not concentrating as he had his phone propped up watching something whilst doing my nails and at one point was looking at his phone whilst he was filing using the electric file which then went on my skin. I’m not happy with the length of my nails when I categorically asked for no length to be taken off. I was then huffed at when I asked to pay by bank transfer. I have attached a photo of my nails from 2 days ago showing the length and then a photo from today showing how sort they now are and how wonky the French tip is. To be honest there’s been several occasions where I haven’t been happy with my nails but it is awkward to complain in the shop. I would like some sort of refund. Show more

Very rude and impatient. Had a picture of nails I wanted but wasn’t willing to help. Very dirty and not clean at all. Been here loads of times and it’...s gone down hill and very expensive. Won’t be going back. I actually felt so stressed out when I walked out of there. Show more

Bit disappointed with my gel manicure. After a day the polish started to chip and the within three days the gel peeled off. Less than a week after hav...ing them done, they've all come off! Never had this before. I'd like to be contacted about this as it was really not worth having them done before my holiday. Really disappointed! Show more

Had an appointment at 2pm didn’t get seen until 2.30pm. This has happened the last 2 times I’ve been there now. If a customer makes an appointment the...n they should be seen at there appointment time. I think the staff at fabulous nails should have at least 1 or 2 members of staff that does appointments only and the others for walk ins. Show more
