This was my second visit to Judy Plum, I’m so glad my first visit was with Margaret who was passionate, considerate and genuine with a keen love for h...er job. Margaret left two wigs aside for me but unfortunately I had to cancel with Margaret due to unforeseen circumstances. My second visit was with Lauren and It was obvious from the start of my appointment that Lauren wasn’t really interested. I had to ask lots of questions which was disappointing rather than be told how to look after the wig via washing, brushing etc. I tried on the wigs that Margaret had put aside but they weren’t even put on my head properly and I had to play about with them. Lauren did get another wig which I liked the colour off and I decided to go with that . I just felt the second experience was rushed with little interest given. The I can’t be bothered approach to be honest is very disheartening. Had this of been my first experience, I would most definitely not have came back . Theses stars reflect this visit . Show more

Wasn't what i expected. Previously I gave 3 stars to the appointment. The manager Margaret, gave me a follow-up call and we righted some wrongs. She w...as very nice and knowledgeable. Offered me another appointment, but being so close to Christmas and me living In North East coast of Scotland i declined. But if im in Glasgow again, I will definitely be booking Judy Plum.
