Hi Julia, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you felt disappointed with your experience, but I’d like to clarify a few important details for transparency. During your first Dr. CYJ session, you became very unwell and nearly fainted from discomfort. At that point, I could have safely stopped the treatment and still charged for the appointment (lesson learned) — INSTEAD, I chose to continue by transferring the product into insulin syringes to make the process less painful for you. This adjustment, when performed correctly, is fully safe and not a breach of manufacturer guidance. It’s sometimes required when a syringe is faulty, and it was done transparently in front of you. It’s also worth noting that Dr. CYJ results appear gradually over 3–6 months, as the product stimulates natural hair growth over time.....it's been only few weeks....to early to see the results yet. When you later reported unusual symptoms, I immediately consulted our prescriber and sent you a medical questionnaire to clarify your symptoms, but unfortunately received no reply.
