We called to say we couldn’t make the appointment due to circumstances outside of our control, and very kindly got told we could call back to rearrang...e the appointment. But multiple calls and text messages over the next week got totally ignored. I would understand if you told me when I called that you wouldn’t rearrange and that my upfront payment was lost, but I don’t appreciate being misled and then having my time wasted. I can’t recommend this dog groomer, as I don’t feel they are honest and respectful. Show more
