Caucasian female with fine hair was looking for two French braids with hair added in for a fuller look. My typical hair braider was not available. So ...I turned to Booksy. Was not the most pleasant experience. I did lose hair from the stylist pulling extremely tight, So tight My eyes were watering..Because the stylist attempted to braid the same braid a few times... Putting the braid in without hair (that i brought with me) and then taking the braid out did result in me losing more hair. After a few attempts at trying to braid my hair I asked her to stop because i could feel my natural hair being pulled out. I did not walk out with my hair done. Stylist was a nice lady. However she charged me for the full amount and as a business owner I do not think that was appropriate given the circumstances. Show more

Actually I told u u didn’t have to pay me in u insist because you didn’t want to waste my time but it’s crazy you did all that lien in my reviews when in general it was ur fault like you said when u we’re sitting in my chair. It’s also crazy to me that u writing a bad review when I’m realty I have cameras that recorded our whole conversation in service …
