Over the course of three decades, I have provided you excellent service, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of every client, including yourself. My salon manager informed you that the reason for the impromptu cancellation was due of my emergency surgery. The unforeseen circumstance of falling ill was a singular instance in a lifetime of commitment. To receive such a review from you, especially during a moment of vulnerability, has been truly shocking and unexpected. It leaves me grappling with a profound sense of disappointment and uncertainty.
