I had a very disappointing experience. Jenn showed up late to the appointment, was clearly rushed, and came across as rude and unprofessional the enti...re time. The appointment was for a dermal piercing, and there was little to no communication—she didn’t show my daughter the jewelry, explain the process, or make her feel comfortable at all. It felt very impersonal, like “sit down, pierce, and you’re done.” When marking where the dermal would go, my daughter felt unsure and rushed. Instead of taking a moment to check in or get her input, Jenn barely engaged and acted like she was in a hurry, making quick movements without reassurance or confirmation. The entire appointment lasted less than five minutes, which only added to the feeling that everything was rushed. Her attitude made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. I also had to ask for aftercare instructions once it was done, which should have been provided automatically. The front desk lady was nice. I would NOT recommend this place.
