During our discussion you stated that you had Locs before and you also stated that you experienced dryness ,breakage and damage and as a result you had to cut your hair off. You asked me if you could color your hair and a few days I said no you can not wet your hair during the first period . and I also explained the differences between Starter loc and instant Locs. You decided to go with the coil twist. I proceeded to cleaning and moisturize hair. I used the comb method without pin at the base,lightly applied a water base gel with a soft hold.. I didn’t use pin at your base for a reason if you would like to discuss this further please contact me. FYI Had I known that you was not satisfied I would have given you a free shampoo and dry your hair no charge for anything..
