Acrylic nails Pedicure
Just started going back a few months ago. The first couple times was not great but those techs are no longer there. I had Anna today and she was AMAZI...NG! I got a pedicure and a fill. She took her time massaging me feet and my hands which was great! I love the quietness and being able to relax there. I will be returning. Thank you Anna!! I have been here a few times and have started to bring my daughter as well. Great work and great conversation! Only place I will go from now on. I always like to leave full reviews of services good & bad. I will start with the positive. I have been a regular client of this location since I move...d in the area in April & loved the services received so much that I have brought them additional clientele, my family & friends & my clients that come to Orlando on vacation even. My daughters & I come regularly for full sets, pedicures, and waxing services & have generally had great experiences therefore reason we made this location our main salon. However, the service I received today was horrible! I was out of town & got my nails done & had one that broke off. My nails haven't been done a week even & I just asked for them to do the 1 nail. The older guy I was brought to got upset because I did not want a fill. He kept trying to convince me to get a fill when there isn't even space for a fill. I politely declined & asked only for the 1 nail to be done. He immediately got upset. He first started to try to pry the part of the acrylic that was still on my nail & it was painful! I told him it was hurting & then he tried with a tool which was even worse! I said aren't you supposed to soak or file it off? He got irritated with me for asking this & got the electric file thing. Then he put my nail on crooked, & I was going to see if he would correct it & didn't say anything because he already was being rude toward me . He then went to use the white acrylic powder & I told him it was a light pink powder not white that was used. He then told me he didn't know which pink powder to use. I am not the professional, but I told him it was a light pink & that's all I know. He got a light peach color & I immediately noticed it wasn't even close so I told him it didn't look right & was asking for him to try the other pink. He sits back and said that is why I asked you! I said sir, how would I know?! Im not the professional, you are! It shouldn't matter if I am spending $10 or $150 on the customer service I receive. I immediately asked him to take it off. They lost more than 1 client today. We will no longer be using this location and are happy to support another business with better customer service. Show more

My cuticle was torn open and started bleeding and stinging. Nail tech tried to wash the blood and put her hand to hide it so I wouldn't notice. She th...en proceeded to push a sugar scrub into the cuticle to scrub the blood away, and I told her to stop. It was incredibly painful. Then she sprayed acetone directly into the wound, without telling me. Acetone is NOT MEANT FOR OPEN CUTS. She dropped some sort of liquid into it, which concerned me, I'm losing trust that it will be treated appropriately and afraid of an infection. She then proceeded to apply lotion, which I asked her to remove. I understand this kind of thing happens sometimes if you're new, but please learn better medical care. She showed me the bottle of Liquid Stypic which I appreciated, so that I could understand what it was for. I told the manager what happened. She only said "give her a $5 discount" and then walked away without speaking to me at all. I stood with my jaw dropped looking around, and then paid and left. I'm in the parking lot crying from the manager's lack of empathy and care, and the stinging pain. Edit: Your reply implies you want to fix this but you gave no indication that you understand what to fix. My suggestion is empathy training and implementing a more appropriate medical procedure for when a client is bleeding. (No acetone) Show more

I told this lady what I wanted and I sat their for 15 minutes with no one attending me the guy wasn’t doing my toes or anything but already trying to ...apply the acylric for my toes . It wasn’t even the actually pedicure . I told them if you guys can stop and when I said don’t worry I’m not getting this she rudely said okay you can go you can leave I won’t be coming here again Show more

The owner is very rude, She try to up charge me After my services was done then started being rude to her employee when the lady kept asking her how m...uch to charge me now she wanna give her another price and talk to her disrespectfully in front of me! I will not come here they don’t know how to treat people! I didn’t wanna pay the new price cause I asked before work was done how much it will be, so she wanted me to sit down to take the gel off like huh when she asked you how much instead of rushing her out of her face she should of gave her a correct price. This review would have been a five star, based on my first experience, because I was treated well, and the appointment went smooth. I had gotten a ped...icure and since I had told the nail technician that I was going to do a beach photo shoot, she was extra detailed and made sure my toes looked great. The second time I came to take my mom to get her toes done. It was New Year’s Day, and on Apple Maps it said that this location was open. We even made an appointment through Booksy and the system allowed it. When we arrived to the location, the sign said open and it was turned on. When we tried to open the door, it was locked and everything was off. We called the phone number, but no one answered. Unfortunately, my mom didn’t get her toes done this day. It would have been better if management had blocked this day so that an appointment couldn’t have been made and had made sure that on Apple Maps and Google it showed up as closed on holidays.
