Hello! I am saddened to hear this was your experience. I always want everyone to leave feeling great after my services. I do think this review is very unfair. I squeezed you in last minute Dec. 23rd because someone cancelled on you & I know how that feels. With that being said I can understand you may have been stressed to get her hair done but kids braids state it will take 2 hours minimum as I do not rush. You came to the appointment in a hurry and told me it should only take a hour which is not what I advised you. I also communicated with you the style you wanted will need curly bundle of hair which I do not have on hand. You accepted and agreed it was ok. I got done with the majority of the style and because you were in a hurry you advised me not to braid down the rest and place it in a bun. I asked MANY times and suggested it would look better fully braided and you declined. I have absolutely no problem finishing my work. Also it was $95 because you tipped. I will upload pictures of how her hair came out as YOU requested & other similar styles I have done that are completed & not rushed. Thank you for the review.
