Last July, I gave Gerebalber a good rating. His cuts were fair, but when given additional instructions on a recent visit, he couldn't (or wouldn’t) co...me through. I asked for a skin fade with the sides and back of the head, clean shaven with shaving cream and a razor. He only shaved just above the ear, and the bottom hairline on the back. Skin fades are supposed to be 'Skin Fades' and not 'Stubble Fades'. To be clear, that means the entire area below the fade is shaven clean so that it represents a true 'Skin Fade'. Probably won't go down to the skin with shaving cream and a razor to get the client back in more regularly. Left my previous barber shop and followed him to this location. Even paid extra for the service. Shame. Responding to your response to my posting: I never asked for a 'Low Fade'. Review my request, and you will NOT see that term anywhere. I am totally surprised by that about you, I gave you the service you asked for (low fade) what I always do, I have the photos, I passed the razor over you with the shaving cream which is transparent, you saw it with your own eyes, I disagree with your comment, the razor can never pass over the nape of the neck when you ask for a low fade that is done to the high fade! which are two totally different cuts, I do not understand why you did not clarify that you did not like it when I asked you and I usually ask my clients if they are satisfied at the end of the cut, I always make sure to treat the client well and that they come back and thank God they come back. You say that you gave me extra and that I'm ashamed of that and I remind you that every time you came I gave you a full service when you only asked for a cut and you never paid me for a full service which doesn't matter because that's how well I treat my clients, what I'm getting at with this is that before giving a bad comment or a bad review to any barber learn to be sincere because we barbers make sure to always ask at the end if you were satisfied! Learn to be sincere in that moment and respect professional barbers.
