I made a reservation here because I had a good experience before but unfortunately, this time I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and waited fo...r an hour, and they didn’t see me. They were busy and their excuse was that we all arrived at the same time and they didn’t have enough personnel, I explain that I made my appointment days in advance, I was not a walk-in, so they shouldn’t take appointments if they don’t have the capacity for it. I ended up leaving after an hour of waiting because I asked and they told me that I still needed to wait 30 more minutes… they didn’t even apologize. Just told me to wait sitting on the chair. Very rude with everyone waiting and will never come back there. Show more

Clean & beautiful salon with very nice ladies working there. Their service its excellent, and the work speaks for itself, Im in love with my Nail's de...sign. Trisha always does a great job, she's very thorough always making sure that your nails are even, and her work always comes out perfect. This is my 2nd visit there and I always leave satisfied. The ladies there are very nice, and also Ana & Tina do great work as well. I highly recommend this ladies. I have to say that the place its a bit on the pricey side, but these ladies do an excellent job. Keep it up ladies!!!! Show more

Immediately walking in place reeks of acetone. The acetone smell is so strong and foul and health hazardous. Showed up 6 minutes late to appointment. ...In my experience with booking for anything there’s always a 10-15 minute wait range. In 6 mins had someone else seated! Then I was told because I was late couldn’t get my nails done but I could wait for the next person to be available which would be over an hour NO THANKYOU. Show more

I booked an appointment through booksy as communicated on their social media. I received a text that the appointment was confirmed. Once I arrived the... woman at the front desk told me that the technician was not there and that NO ONE could assist me. I told her I was willing to wait, and she gave me another ridiculous excuse. I frequently attend this nail salon but this was not a pleasant customer service experience and a complete waste of my evening. Show more

Nail salon is very lovely inside. Had an amazing pedicure experience but however not a great manicure full set experience. I started off with one pers...on and then in the middle of my full set manicure was moved to another person. She was very rough filing my nails and did a sloppy job on my nail design. I wasn’t very pleased with my visit. The person that did my manicure was the only reason I would give my experience 3 stars. Show more
