      ATTENTION: DUE TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY, PLEASE BOOK YOUR 6 to 8 WEEK TOUCHUP APPOINTMENT WHEN BOOKING YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT. This procedure is for 1st time clients of iBrowsByHollie & for clients who have not received a touch-up with iBrowsByHollie -within- 30 months (2.5 years) If you have had any lip tattooing in the past with another artist, our work on you is considered INITIAL & requires the same process as any new client. It is the Client’s responsibilty to book a touchup session between 6-8 weeks of the initial appointment. The 6-8 week session is $200. Any touch-ups booked outside of the above timeframe and between 2-6 months will be priced as $250. Any touch-ups booked outside of the above timeframe and between 6-18 months will be priced as $300. Any touch-ups booked outside of the above timeframe & between 18-24 months from last visit will be priced as $350. If it has been 30+ months (2.5 years) since your last visit we will need to start the process over however, returning clients (who have NOT visited other artists since last visit) are welcome to book for the current regular price. My first appointment with her started off well. She was very kind, even offering to get me something to eat since I hadn’t eaten before coming. I decl...ined but appreciated the gesture. However, one thing made me uncomfortable: she played Christian sermons for the entire duration of my session, which lasted about an hour and a half. I found this unprofessional, as a business should be a neutral environment where all clients feel comfortable regardless of their personal beliefs. Still, I brushed it off since I didn’t know of any other places offering this type of removal procedure, and I decided to continue with her. Looking back, I should’ve listened to my instincts about not returning. I had my next session scheduled for 8/26. That morning, she contacted me to cancel because she was sick. I completely understood and told her to take care and reach out when she felt better. About a week or two later, I noticed her posting on her business Instagram story asking for models for an event the very next day, yet she never followed up with me about my canceled appointment. Nearly a month later, on 9/19, she finally reached out. By then, I had decided not to continue services due to the lack of professionalism in her communication. I politely asked for my $100 deposit to be refunded. She refused, citing her “no refund” policy. I explained that I never canceled she did and that the issue wasn’t about being prioritized as she came at me about that. Started using being a single mom, and other personal stuff at me. I waited a month for communication meanwhile she is promoting other opportunities online during a time she claimed she and her children were sick? Her behavior just didn’t sit right with me. In the end, I lost $100, which I believe is unfair given the circumstances. Do better!o Show more
