First of all if I could have give it a zero star I will because this girl have no respect for her clients I had seen bad reviews in here before but de...cided to give her a chance but the service not good at all can you imagine I scheduled an appointment a month ago for the 2nd of April which is yesterday I went to my appointment when I get there I called her and that’s when she told me she forgot my appointment cause she’s all the way in Miami for an immigration appointment which is fine but she could have call or text me to reschedule and save me the trip so yesterday I called her she rescheduled me for today at 10 am I even called and texted her this morning at 8am to make sure the appointment kept never answer my calls and text at 9:50 am I called her again never answer and she finally texted back said at 11 am like really not even an excuse from her so I decided not to go back at 11 she called me at 11:20 today asking if I’m still coming I said no and she hang up on my face while I was still talking to her and got the nerve to text me after to told me that I’m the problem cause I don’t have the patient really so people stay away from her bad experience never again. You can say everything you want i dont need Customer like you cause you to fresh since I know you been fresh with me i nerve had a Customer like you who wanna treat like a child i have a emergency i explain to you i was in Miami doing something i tell you i dont work on Sunday but I'm ganna come for you Sunday to do your hair I'm from miami i get here late for 1 hour your appointment was at 10 am when I call you to tell you that i was here than you start talk to me like I'm your child Customer like you does no hairstylist ganna deal with for long i could see that's the reason your hairstylist stop to do your hair even you tell me a different thing

Unfortunately my experience was less than acceptable. It unfortunately when you have to write reviews that are less than 5 stars but I genuinely feel ...that this method is useful and hopefully will provide feedback for the business to make necessary improvements; To begin my appointment was at 10am...i rushed to get there 35 min drive, arrived at 10 hairstylist not there...waited... finally called at 10:10 keep in mind im a 1st time client..she shows up moments later, no apology no explanation..No problem...the problem started when i went into the shop and she explained she had just moved and had no hot water ... really? She asked if my hair needed to be washed? Really? You really just didn't ask me that... why would i prepare to pay you 80.00...then finally she tells me she could boil water...i said Thank You...we're done. Nuff Said....you can go there if you want to...for me i wish i read a post b4 showing up there...over an hour I can't get back. I really wish her the best... but get ur stuff correct b4 trying to make appointments...it just wasn't a good experience. Happy Holidays .. Show more

Wow i don't see why did you say all that if i explain it to you i was fixing something because water heater wasn't work i been waiting for the plumbing to come in fix it now you keep lieying on me or i wasn't there for hour when you call me i was 5 mnt away why you lieying i have the times you call me to say you was there and the times that i come on my GPS

Very satisfied. Berkis knows what she's doing, was very helpful with the repair of my locs, very polite and professional. She even allowed me to resch...edule for the morning after my appt date. I have no complaints and will probably be back if I'm still using booksy when i need a new twist. Show more

Amazing Service! The place is full of laughter and very relaxed. She does amazing work with hair. She takes her time and is very knowledgeable about h...er craft. I felt so bad for rushing her cause I poorly managed my time but she accommodated me so nicely. She fixed my uneven hair and even is working with helping me with my scalp issues. Would recommend, does great work, and with a smile. Definitely recommend. Yes they do speak creole in there and she also speaks English and Spanish in there, she doesn’t get upset if you want her to speak only English (so the previous ratings are unfair to her really).
