Tee did a great job! She was kind and friendly. Did a great job of braiding my hair and made the process enjoyable. Definitely going back!
Two Strand Twist

I booked an appointment here and requested two strand twist. I got provided terrible service from Tee! My appointment was at 6:30pm, she double booked... and didn’t start my hair style until 10:50pm finishing at 1:20am! She half assed my twist literally stopping the twist half way through leaving my ends completely unraveling! She made me pay as soon as I walked in without any service being provided yet, besides a detangling product she put in my head before questioning payment for my first visit. I didn’t see her question the person she double booked me with about any payments not once. I am finding loose twist and completely braided strands which I asked for TWO STRAND TWIST, NOT STRAIGHT BRAIDS! DO NOT BOOK WITH TEE NOT WORTH $150 dollars for the bad service! Then I called Tansey’s Boutique to try to get the issue resolved and Tee was real ghetto. Trying to make her mistake seem like it was due to my hair being damaged, but if you are a hairstylist, then you would have been able to correct that again she did not to strand my hair all the way down so damage hair has nothing to do with making sure the hair is completely stranded all the way to the end. Then she started hollering about threatening her, which I never threaten her at all. She was trying to make the situation worse than what it was when all I was doing was calling her to see if I could get a refund or a partial refund since she did not do my hair correctly. Then she even said that we knew she was double booked and started blaming me for an issue that was done through Booksy I have no control over the app so how did I know she was double booked. The issue here is that she evidently was tired because she had two clients at 6:30 which again I booked my appointment through Booksy, so I did not know she had another client. I will be in contact with the manager Tansey tomorrow which is January 22 to see how I can get this resolved I will come back onto Booksy and make another post with a follow up. Show more
