0 starts! She was very unprofessional. I took an appointment on Saturday at 1:30. She texted me an hour before that my appointment and told me if I ca...n go at 2:30, and I said “I can’t, actually I’m on my way” (I live far from her studio)”. I didn’t receive any answer from her. Anyway, I arrived on her studio at 1:20 and she open her door at 2:20 and received another person, because she said that client had an appointment before me. So, I asked her how long time you are going to spend with her, and she said “I don’t know, I don’t know. You know the Saturdays are busy”. She was more upset than I. Costumer service was terrible.
